Information you share with us
When you request a quote, contact dispatch or arrange freight, you may provide your name, business contact details, company name, pickup and delivery locations, shipment details and related correspondence. We use this information to respond, prepare quotes, coordinate transport and support your account.
Driver applications and carrier registration may require additional information and documents relevant to the application. Please use the designated application or portal for those documents, rather than a general website enquiry.
Website and measurement data
Cloudflare provides website delivery, security and tag-management services. Technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device information, requests and timestamps may be processed to operate and protect the site.
We use Google Analytics through Cloudflare Zaraz to understand website visits and use of our contact and service links, subject to the site's consent settings. Measurements can include pages viewed, approximate location, device information and clicks on quote, phone, messaging, tracking and application links.
Our custom click measurements record the type of action, the website page and where the link appears. They do not include enquiry text, form entries, driver documents, account passwords or shipment reference numbers. Clicking a quote or application link is measured as a click, not as a completed submission.
Connected services and sharing
Our website links to the CAPRA dispatch portal for portal access and driver application enquiries, and to Google Forms for freight enquiries. It also links to WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook and LinkedIn. Google Fonts supplies the website's typefaces. These providers may receive technical information when their content loads or when you open their services, and information you choose to submit there.
Information needed to answer your enquiry or carry out a shipment may be shared with relevant service providers, carriers, delivery contacts or customs brokers. Information may also be disclosed where required by law. Providers may process information outside your province or Canada, where different laws may apply.
Connected services have their own privacy notices and account settings. Our website policy does not replace those notices. Google's practices are explained in its privacy policy; Cloudflare's practices are explained in its privacy policy.
Keeping and protecting information
We aim to limit personal information to what is needed for the enquiry, application or service. Records are kept for the purposes for which they were collected and for applicable business, accounting, dispute-resolution and legal requirements. The appropriate retention period depends on the type of record.
We take reasonable steps to protect information and limit access to people who need it for their work. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Avoid including unnecessary sensitive information in ordinary email or website enquiries.
Questions, access and corrections
You can contact us to ask about our privacy practices, request access to or correction of your personal information, or discuss withdrawing consent for a particular use. We may need to verify your identity before handling a request. Some information may need to be retained, and withdrawing consent may affect services that depend on that information.
