Tell dispatch whether the trailer is loaded or empty, the total weight and whether it requires a hydraulic connection or other specialized equipment. Include its pickup location, access instructions and delivery destination.
Before the move, agree on the trailer handover, loading responsibilities, documents and schedule with dispatch. Equipment availability and trailer suitability must be confirmed for each request.

Can I request a move for an empty trailer?
Tell dispatch that the trailer is empty and provide its type, location, destination and requested dates. The team will review compatibility and availability.
What if my trailer needs hydraulic power?
Include that requirement when you contact dispatch. Review the PTO and wet line service and provide the trailer’s manufacturer specifications and connection details.
